1. The Her Again Philosophy & Coaching Nature

Her Again provides specialized women-only strength training, lifestyle, habit, and nutrition coaching.

Fitness coaching is designed to support long-term progress at your own pace. Results vary per individual depending on consistency, adherence, and starting baseline.

2. Physical & Health Clearance (Disclaimer)

Fitness training involves physical exertion. You confirm that you are in good physical health and free from any undisclosed medical condition that would prevent safe participation in physical exercise.

If you are pregnant, postpartum, or recovering from an injury or surgery, you must disclose this before starting sessions. While workouts are tailored safely to your body and cycle, you are advised to consult a certified physician before starting any exercise program.

Participation is completely voluntary, and you assume all standard physical risks associated with exercise.

3. Bookings, Payments & Renewal Tiers

Payment Terms: All packages (Reconnect, Rebuild, Reclaim, Duo/Group Training, Her Again Online, and Nutrition Coaching) are billed in advance in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely via direct payment links (Stripe, Ziina, or bank transfer).

Session Expiry: Monthly 1-on-1 and Semi-Private session allocations must be used within 30 days of the billing start date unless explicitly agreed upon in writing due to medical emergencies or travel.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

24-Hour Notice: We understand life happens. However, to respect the schedule of other clients and coach preparation, any session cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Sessions canceled within less than 24 hours or missed without prior notice will be counted as used.

5. Client Conduct & Privacy

Her Again is a safe, compassionate, and private environment for women. Respect, confidentiality, and support among group participants and with the coach are required at all times.

Any disruptive, inappropriate, or non-consensual behavior toward coaches or fellow clients will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

1. Information We Collect

When you register, submit an intake form, or book a consultation call, we collect:

• Personal Identification: Full name, email address, WhatsApp number, and your location/area in Dubai.
• Coaching & Intake Data: Selected coaching program, fitness goals, health history, and any notes provided during intake.
• Communication Logs: Messages and calendar scheduling data submitted via Cal.com or WhatsApp.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly used to:

• Tailor your fitness and nutrition plans to your specific goals and physical requirements.
• Tag and organize leads internally (e.g., location, selected package) to optimize our scheduling and communication.
• Contact you directly regarding call bookings, session updates, or program changes.
• Process secure payments and invoicing.

3. Data Storage & Security

• No Selling of Data: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketing companies.
• Secure Tools: Data submitted through our web forms is stored in secure database systems accessible only by Rola and authorized technical administration for system maintenance.
• Third-Party Integrations: We utilize trusted service providers (Cal.com for scheduling, Stripe/Ziina for payment processing, and Make/Zapier for secure message notifications). Each provider operates under strict privacy and compliance protocols.

4. Media & Testimonials

Client progress photos, text testimonials, or feedback are published only with your explicit written consent.

You retain the right to withdraw permission for public testimonial usage at any time by contacting us.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request corrections or updates to your information.
• Request complete deletion of your personal records from our lead database.
